Holiday Inn Milwaukee Airport, an IHG Hotel MILWAUKEE

The front desk personnel was friendly, welcoming, and patient in his explanations to me of the parking and shuttle process. The room was quiet and quite comfortable, and I had a great meal in the restaurant. The shuttle driver was helpful, and the service extremely convenient. Overall, my stay filled all my needs and expectations.

We booked to park and fly which is really convenient. The front desk person was friendly and informative, even text me to see if the room was ok. Unfortunately the power went out in the area so we were in the dark for several hours. Made for an interesting stay. The shuttle drivers were both great. I would use this hotel again.
