Holiday Inn - Bloomington W MSP Airport Area, an IHG Hotel BLOOMINGTON

We were there a short while to sleep and then catch a ride to the airport in the morning. It served our purpose.

The ongoing interstate (494) road construction caused quite a problem/delay in arriving at the hotel. I would suggest that the hotel/stayparksleep sites identify this problem and offer alternative routes that by pass the construction. Not withstanding this problem, upon arrival at the hotel the staff were very professional, friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room were very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. The 4 am shuttle to the airport and return was very accommodating.

I stayed the night before my flight had a great breakfast and then off to the airport with no problems. Room was clean and had everything I needed. The only thing I could have used was dinner but I arrived at 9 pm so that was understandable. When I got home the shuttle was at the airport waiting without even having to call. They had asked when I left my flight details and they came through! Great experience for a first time user.

The room was clean and comfortable. The food and drinks were good. There was more noise than appreciated overnight.

The entire staff & manager made sure that our stay was comfortable. The hotel is clean, modern and the airport shuttle was convenient. Breakfast was great. We’ll stay again!

We selected this property for its 4am shuttle. The pm check in the night prior was efficient and professional. They were very busy and customers were being extremely cranky. The staff remained professional. The 4am desk staff and driver were organized and on time. Kudos to the staff!

Everything was great about this hotel except one thing. Even though they have long term parking for MSP airport, they do not have 24 hour shuttle service. It ends at 10 pm so if you have a late night flight like we did you are on your own to get to the hotel.

Perfect place for us to stay before leaving on our trip. The guy who drove us to the airport was on time and very helpful, giving us good information as where we would meet him at the airport when we returned. We went to the dining room the night before we left, but were told they were closing it( permanently?) and only offered a few items to eat. A bit confusing. We didn’t get to have any breakfast at the hotel before we left as it was to early :-( it would be nice if they had some fruit or cereal for the people who have early flights. Overall, very satisfied.

The location was excellent. Our room was ideal although I wish one of the beds was a king size. I\'m happy our car could be parked near the hotel.
