Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL BENSENVILLE

The hotel itself was nice. We used the park, sleep and fly package. Parking was full. People parked on the ends of rows. No shuttle to bring you back to the hotel. Also in the morning we waited for the shuttle to take us to the airport. The van was outside with the hood open. Couldn't get it started. They got another shuttle to take us there.

The hotel and room were clean and orderly. They could provide a shuttle service from the upper long park lot back to the hotel in freezing weather.

We were greeted by some great men who were efficient, courteous and great dinner recommendations. The shuttle driver was on time and got us to the airport quickly!

The hotel and amenities are excellent. But, pedestrian access was difficult to access for senior citizens, such as my wife and I

This worked well for our Park N Stay needs. Transfers were quick and easy. Be sure to read (take a picture) of the transfer instructions to return from the airport). The room was nice and clean, however the public areas (elevator and hallway) were not as tidy and well kept up.

After a very long flight back to the US after a vacation in South Africa, it was good to have a room to use to catch up on some sleep. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast the next morning was good. I especially liked the tortillas and salsa. We asked for a suggestion for dinner and was given a great pub to go to.

Room was clean, shuttle was on time going to airport, and they made a special trip to airport for pickup. Not always possible, but they were able to make it work this time!
