Holiday Inn Express & Suites Orlando International Airport, an IHG Hotel ORLANDO

While it was advertised that they have 24 hr. airport shuttle, they don’t. When checking in we confirmed that we would be able to get a ride back to the hotel. When we called they told us that the shuttle ended for the night. It ends at 11 on Sunday and midnight other nights. Our flight was delayed and didn’t arrive until after midnight. We had to Uber back to the hotel. I was told that we could get a refund for the Uber ride however I didn’t have the energy to deal with addressing it due to the small the amount paid. Otherwise if my flights were coming in much earlier I would stay there again.

James and the crew had everything done for us. We parked for 16 days and came back and stayed in a great king size bed and the car was all good too.

We had a 2 hour drive to the airport and our arrival home was at night so we parked at the Holiday Inn for 1 week and stayed 1 night upon our return. Although the airport shuttle didn’t work for us, it was easy to take an Uber each way. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were able to grab a bite to eat at the hotel next door. The breakfast was very good, my only suggestion would be eliminate the styrofoam please. I will not hesitate to use this hotel again.

Amenities and room all good. As to be expected

We stayed prior to a flight and was shuttled to the airport. Our flight back was canceled and then delayed for an extra 2 days and the hotel was very understanding. No additional charges. I will definitely stay in the future before any flights

This is a clean, secure hotel within minutes to the airport by hotel shuttle. I booked the package that includes a couple of weeks parking, which made an early flight easy. After a decent breakfast, I hopped on the shuttle and made it to the airport with time to spare.

I booked this hotel specifically because it advertised 24 MCO airport shuttle . Upon arrival , AFTER check in I was advised the shuttle did not even start until 30-60 min after needed to be at MCO! Luckily I was able to book a rideshare for an EXTRA $25!

Great location. Shuttle to and from airport OUTSTANDING!!! We had a 4:30 AM pickup to airport and shuttle was waiting for us. Upon return we called for pickup and told where to meet shuttle. He was there with in 15 minutes.
