Renaissance Chicago O'Hare Suites Hotel CHICAGO

We stayed here before our trip to Jamaica and it was seamless. Friendly service and staff. We enjoyed a snack and cocktails at the bar. Very nice room and hotel. The shuttle service was great! The Aveda products were a bonus!

Perfect location to stay overnight before an early flight out of Ohare. Close to Rosemont shopping, local restaurants and the airport. The shuttle was perfect and the staff was amazing.

I stay at this location when traveling for work- shuttle to and from the airport as well as safe, covered parking while I\'m gone. Normally I have a king bed, which is what I reserved, but this trip I was given a room with 2 double beds. My only complaint is that the beds were terribly uncomfortable- I tried both! Otherwise the accommodations are lovely and perfect for a night to relax before a day of travel.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I needed to make a change and it was done when I checked in. Liked how close the shuttle was to the airport and accommodated they whole group of 16 at once.

Great hotel clean and modern. Great restaurant and bar. Coming from Rockford and staying here is very convenient and the parking garage is very close to the hotel. Bonus you can park your car for 7 days

We prefer to sleep the night before our vacation flight, especially when weather is questionable. Chose Renaissance because it was close to airport, offered covered parking, had a restaurant and had a late (early AM) shuttle service. We travel with a group and all enjoyed the stay. Upon return to Chicago, we called hotel with our group count needing pick up and verified pick up location. Shuttle driver was watching for us and arrived even earlier than expected. We were thrilled to be back to hotel, grab our cars and on our way home in record time. Thanks for making this part of our trip effortless.

We had amazing customer service. Not only met the needs but sincerely kind! It began with our checkin with Wendell, and continued that evening with Dash in the restaurant. And at breakfast it started again with Maria. The only one I didn’t catch his name was at the checkout Friday morning 9/1, I feel awful I didn’t catch his name. We had just missed the shuttle and he called and the driver to see if he was still nearby. It saved us 45 minute wait and we were thankful! Lastly, certainly not least was our driver, Shaka Zulu. We had a wonderful conversation with him on our way to the airport. Class act, all the way around! My husband and I truly hope the associates are rewarded! Service like this is rare today, they should be appreciated.
