Hyatt Place Chantilly Dulles Airport South CHANTILLY

I chose this hotel because of the price, the availability and price of long-term parking, and the shuttle service to and from Dulles airport. By the time of my stay, the shuttle service was no longer offered. For the transfer to the airport, we had to wait almost 45 minutes for the Uber and then we were crammed in with luggage and 2 additional people. On the return, I called for an Uber myself rather than waiting at the airport to be picked up. When I requested that my Uber fee be deducted from my bill, the hotel manager agreed willingly. Without the shuttle service, I would not stay here again.

The staff was very helpful. Rooms were clean. When I booked this hotel it was because of the location to Dulles Airport. The hotel also offered shuttle service to the airport. When checking in I found out that the shuttle service had been cancelled at the beginning of March. There was no advance notice of this cancellation. Getting a ride to and from the airport was a challenge that was not expected.

Staffs are excellent and very helpful I went out to the car at 5am and came back to the hotel. Front door was locked y key didn’t work and I ringed the bell no one was in the front desk. I have to wait 15 minutes until front desk staff came to open the door Except this incident it is a pleasant stay .

I used the park fly and stay option. The shuttle was on time and drivers were good. The room was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good. There are places to eat within walking distance. If we fly out of Dulles this would be my first choice again. Highly recommended

Friendly staff, super clean and quiet room, very comfortable beds. The park and fly option is a terrific way to end a vacation.

I think the park fly and stay option is a great value. The shuttle to and from the airport was timely and both drivers were very friendly. The hotel is basic, but the bed is comfortable and that was my main concern. I’d stay here again.

Came home from a trip after 17 hours in motion, was exhausted, shuttle picked us up moments after calling, slept like a log in clean room that was quiet, had breakfast and picked up our car and was off ! Park, fly, sleep is a great deal! Would reserve this place again. Pd Staff was outstanding and helpful. Place is a bit worn but overall an excellent stop for us.
