Embassy Suites by Hilton Crystal City National Airport ARLINGTON

Breakfast was great. Plenty of food and good service. Park & fly was reasonable when compared to just parking at National airport. Shuttle was comfortable and on time.

Great place to park and fly. Would do it again.

The process of booking the room and parking for seven days was easy . I did receive my new password which did not work. Unfortunately upon arrival at my hotel I was told that they didn\'t do business with Park Sleep Hotel. In fact the hotel clerk was adamant that I didn\'t have a reservation to stay and park. I reached out to Park Sleep Hotel office and they made it clear that the Embassy Suites is a partner. I had a great experience after that.

We used the fly and stay option and it worked out very well for us. The hotel was a welcome respite after our long flight from Alaska. The hotel was clean and I must commend the lady at the front desk. She was there when we dropped the car off and was there when we returned and when we left the next morning. She could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Room and accommodations were fine. However, I specifically booked this hotel as they advertised a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport and I had a 6am flight. Upon checking in I was told that the shuttle started at 6am which was certainly not going to be early enough for me. As a result, I had to pay a cab to take me to the airport.
