Rochester Airport Marriott ROCHESTER

Our one night stay before our flight out was wonderful. Staff was friendly and informative and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is clean, staff amazing, bar staff great and location perfect!

We found the Airport Marriott to be friendly and convenient. Our room was clean and comfortable. Due to a delay by our airline, we arrived at 1:00 AM instead of the original time of 11:00 PM. I called the hotel as soon as we found out that there would be a 2 hour delay and was told that there should be shuttle service and that others were also affected. When we arrived, I called the hotel and found out that the shuttle driver had gone home and that we would have to take a taxi. We had to pay $25 for a ride to the hotel. I noticed that some other travelers had shuttles waiting for them from other hotels, I would have given 5 stars if there wasn't for the transportation problem.

Everything was awesome. We will definitely return.

Hotel was nice. I recommend checking ahead of time about airport shuttle hours as supposedly it’s a 24 hour service but we were told the earliest we could get the shuttle the following morning wasn’t until 4am which wouldn’t work for us so we ended up canceling our park n fly price and had to drive to airport and park there instead. Maybe the girl at the check in desk was new, I don’t know but I highly recommend checking with the hotel first to double check about shuttle hours.
