This was the third location within the KC area that we had stayed and it was by far head and shoulders above the other two. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel was very easy to access from the highway. The hotel staff was extremely helpfull in all that they did. The drive to the airport was only about 5 minutes. When we returned to KC and called for pickup our wait time was less than 10 minutes.
I did not rate the spa because it was closed for cleaning at the time. The only downside was that we went to breakfast 50 minutes before it was to close and they were short one item on the bar (waffles) and low on eggs. Any facility that is in a service industry that has times listed should be full service during the times that are listed up to the time the last customer leaves-even if they arrive at 1 minute to closing. However, given another opportunity to travel out of KCI we will deffinately stay at this hotel.
