The hotel was great, very convenient, staff was nice, and the little restaurant was great. However, the Cocoa Beach Shuttle Service was not so great. When we were picked up at the hotel, the driver who ended up taking us (4 adults) fussed and didn't want to do it because it didn't give her maximum number of riders. She said I don't carry partial loads because I get paid by the head.!!! She took us anyhow but fussed the entire trip. On our return trip, it took us over almost two hours standing at the Cocoa Beach Shuttle pickup area, even after being acknowledge by the people in charge, before we were put on a shuttle back to the hotel. Would not ever recommend because of this. One of our party fractured her spine a month before the trip, was walking with a cane, and still had to stand on her feet for the entire time. We definitely were not happy with the shuttle service since they "guaranteed" no more than a 30 minute wait at the terminal. Then they jammed 14 of us in to a van meant to hold 10 passengers. One poor man stood crouched down the entire time.
