I stayed here for a park n fly one night stay, with shuttle to the airport.
I had done this several times a while ago. At that time hotel was basic but the service was good: courteous and informative, and the shuttle appropriate.
This time holy cow! The décor has been upgraded but the service downgraded. That not only goes for in the hotel but affects interacting with the shuttle (which is a contracted service, not done directly by the hotel.) So screwed up!! So many problems I can't go into it, makes me tired to think about it.
And while the room décor is better the air conditioning units have aged even more. AC was VERY noisy and I couldn't sleep at all. They must get complaints because they have cute signs in the lobby suggesting the ac be viewed as soothing white noise with which to sleep. Well, I have a white noise machine which I use every night, this is definitely not soothing white noise.
