The night we arrived it was late and there was a big back up of folks checking in. I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in.
The woman at the counter, Dalia, was amazing! She handled everyone cheerful, efficiently, with patience and grace. All the while answer an ever-ringing phone and grumpy, tired travelers. This could have been an ugly situation but she made it pleasant and quick as possible.
