We booked into this hotel as we had an early morning flight out of Buffalo Airport. Location is perfect, directly across the street. We parked our vehicle there for just shy of 2 weeks. Upon our return, we called the hotel & the shuttle came immediately to pick us up. There was no waiting upon our departure or our arrival back. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We'd definitely stay here again. The rooms aren't fancy by any means but we aren't fussy people so they were fine.
