Wyndham Garden Hotel - Newark Airport Newark NJ

The hotel was fine. We did park and fly which was fine. We stood outside while the shuttle was there, the driver chatting with a female friend. He left for the airport suddenly without seeing us standing by the side of the shuttle for 10 minutes. We had to go into the desk and they had to call him back. Very poor customer service. When we returned, we waited for almost r0 minutes for the shuttle while every other hotel shuttle kept cycling by. The hotel was called by several people as we stood outside in the cold watching. So muck for every 30 minutes.
