We learned after our arrival that Best Western no longer provided shuttle service to the airport, due to the corona virus. We had to take a cab both ways and it cost us an extra $50, as well as the inconvenience of having to find transportation. We should have been informed by either Best Western or ParkSleep Hotels that the shuttle service was unavailable prior to our arrival and had some compensation offered. Parking and shuttle service was the main reason we chose to stay at this hotel. The person at the front desk did not speak English well and it was difficult to understand him. The room was nice and bed was good.
