We loved our stay at the Renaissance. Our stay was part of the sleep, park and fly program. The room was clean and very big. The bottles of water in the room were very helpful. There's a nice big screen TV with many channels. The bathroom was spacious and clean. We had plenty of towels and toiletries. We could hear some of the guests in what we think was the room above us, but we put on white noise to help with sleeping.
The staff was the best part of the hotel. They are welcoming and warm. They are personable and go out of their way to help. We had lovely conversations with the woman (can't remember her name) when we arrived Friday evening, and also the morning we left with Stacey. When we returned from our trip to pick up our car, I felt bad for the girls who were working. There were numerous people in the lobby, creating all kinds of ruckus. The ladies handled it with grace and decorum. Especially difficult in the times we are living in right now. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
