Excellent start of checkin . During night when I had a hard time sleeping and was not feeling well I went down to desk middle of the night to ask for toast to calm stomach knowing there was breakfast that was part of the paid deal. I knew we had to leave early for our flight and would miss the regular hours but in the past at other hotels when I had the same situation I had no difficulty be accomodated due to these circumstances. I was denied toast.I did have tea however. I appreciated that to attempt to settle my stomach. I requested since we could not have the breakfast as part of our price due to leaving for our flight so early that they bag us a breakfast to make our flight as comfortable as possible....that was denied. Again, in the past other hotels gladly and even offered without asking this alternative. Another concern I had was the staff on the night shift. He was like night and day compared to the friendly staff when we arrived. He was not friendly at all......very discouraging and disappointing.
