Had a problem with reservation when we arrived at the hotel. We had made a reservation for ourselves and our sons (4 adults/2 rooms). When we arrived at hotel we were told there was only a reservation for one room. Since other family members also had made a reservation, we don't know if it was this service or the hotel that made the error. After calling the service the problem was corrected but not after a very trying time!
