The room was good but several things need attention. First had to figure out how to get the deadbolt lock to retract to close the door. Second, the lamp on the desk did not work. Third, we requested a wake up call and it never happened. Fourth, the alarm clock would not work and just kept blinking the time.
I informed the front desk of these issues. Luckily, we woke up in time to have breakfast and get the shuttle. Fifth, the shuttle was late in arriving to take us to the airport, but luckily, the line was short and security went fast at the airport.
The Sleep Inn and Suites should be made aware of these issues.
