Front desk personell very nice but not very organized. We used the park and fly option. Front desk did not have any opinion as to where I should park my car. In fact did not even know that was what I had booked. I let them know when I needed he shuttle to pick us up in morning. They were 30 minutes late.I finally asked the nice man at front desk to call.shuttle arrived few minutes later.
I
