Booked through ParkSleepHotels in Nov 2014. At the time, description on ParkSleep website link included free shuttle to Cruise Port for 2 people. Shuttle not honoured at check-in in March on basis that they always charge for shuttle to CruisePort. We also did not realize that complimentary breakfast was not complimentary. We had not booked for/paid for breakfast. Reception also suggested that they NEVER had free shuttle, even though we stayed there in Jan 2012 with free shuttle booked through travel agent. In fact, Stay123 still shows free shuttle service. I wonder what would happen if we booked through this company next time. To help, we did receive tickets for their FANTASTIC breakfast after much discussion. SUGGESTION: CHECK WITH HOTEL ON EXTRAS FIRST. PS. HOTEL IS EXCELLENT
