There was confusion upon check-in. I asked to confirm our shuttle to the airport the next morning and was told there was no shuttle. I replied a shuttle and 5 days of parking were part of my reservation. If that was not available I would not be staying. The attendant changed my paperwork with no explanation and suddenly everything was as arranged. Otherwise everything was good.
