All was fine with Four Points. We have stayed there several times before and left our car while going on vacation. Very happy with the whole experience but we made the reservation through Park Sleep Hotels.com and Four Points had no record of our reservation. The front desk person was very nice and found us a room with no trouble. But if the hotel has been full, we would have had a problem. Fortunately it worked out and next time I will be sure to call the hotel to confirm the reservation.
