When we arrived we were told we had reserved only one roo,. When I showed the confirmation with two rooms and a prepayment for part of cost of both the front desk clerk said taht was too bad-- they had only one room available. we were a paraty of 6 with one infant which was why we booked tow rooms and parking for two cars. When I refused to accept that there was no room avaialable the desk finally contacted Stay and Park and after learning that I had indeed booked two room the second rfoom became available even thouvgh I was earlier told they were sold out. At 4:00 am there was a fire alarm and we had to exit our rooms. No follow up explanation was given for the false alaerm. When we returned to Seattle to pick up our cars the shuttle took more than an hour and a half to arrive and only arrieved after I had been told it would be 20 to 25 minutes and I called four more times before it fibnally arrived. We then learned taht the Hotel Shuttle Bus had broken down leaving a hired 6 passenger van to pick up passengers. If we had been told earlier we would b]have taken taxis. This experience has made it unlikely that I will ever use or trust Stay and Park or Ramada again.
