Staff was wonderful. Our morning driver was kind and prompt for our early morning departure to Midway. Unfortunately one of the beds mattresses needed to be replaced - it felt like we were sleeping in a taco. The kids enjoyed the pool very much and we felt everything was clean and as it should be.
