Room was clean and very comfortable. It did have a mini-fridge but no microwave (I had confirmed with the hotel ahead of time there was no microwave, so it did not come as a surprise. The mini-fridge was a nice surprise). There is a microwave by the ice machine on the floor (maybe on each floor) and also one in the lobby, so it worked well to heat up the breakfast we made and brought with us. The bed was very comfortable. Room was fairly quiet; could hear trucks on I-95 from time to time. Did not hear noise from neighbors. Derrick at the front desk was very helpful and courteous as we checked in. The gentleman at the front desk in the morning also was friendly. The airport shuttle runs every 20 minutes and does not require a reservation. The shuttle bus driver was very courteous, helpful, and friendly. When he picked us at at 4:20am, there were about 8 other guests waiting to get on the shuttle. He let us know he only had 6 available seats and then asked what time each of our flights were. Since we had an earlier flight than the other guests, he had us go first and told the other people he would be back in 15 minutes to pick them up. All went very well. We definitely will stay here again when we have such an early morning flight. Very easy and convenient!
