We had made a reservation the morning of the day our arrival. When we got to the hotel that afternoon we realized we were flying out of Midway instead of O'Hare. The manager was unwilling to approve the cancellation of our hotel, and the place that we made our reservation through thought it would be no problem to make the change, and that hotels were generally cooperative. This manager would not allow it. I will never make a reservation in a La Quinta again due to this person. You lost two customers over this - which may be insignificant... Hope you never make a mistake.
