We got back from our family cruise and was exhausted and just wanted to rest, first we had to find our car, then we needed to find food...it was getting very late so we got to our room we were so tired. The staff was very nice and helped as much as possible, but when we got to our because of renovation and the move of furniture in our room the TV didn't work. Again the staff was so very nice to us that we ended up with the owner of the hotel's husband coming up talking to us and gave us the master suite and Jacuzzi, he also bought us pizza for dinner. That was such a blessing to us, thanks Quality Inn you ROCK
