Overall, this was an excellent value. We stayed one night prior to our cruise and took advantage of their free parking and shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were helpful and timely. The shuttle was there waiting when we disembarked.
I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room. It was immaculate. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The one negative was the lack of soundproofing between the rooms. You could hear almost everything that occurred in the neighboring rooms. I would caution clients to not say or do anything they do not wish to share with the neighbors.
I do recommend this hotel, and would book it again when cruising out of Baltimore.
