Byron, at the front desk, was AMAZING!!! This guy needs a promotion and a raise. He is friendly, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. The other employees I encountered were also friendly (with the exception of two...details below). The hotel was very clean and modern. Great selection of breakfast items and they even have a tiny snack area (for purchase) near the front desk. The shuttles were prompt and the drivers were also very friendly. My only complaint and reason for the 4 star review is due to the two women (Tracy-manager and front desk clerk) who work the night shift. My flight was canceled and I had to return to the hotel. And....I noticed they charged me more than $180 above what my bill said. The original desk clerk was not helpful at all.... she even told me I needed to call corporate to have them issue me a refund. She also didn\'t bother to see if my room was still under my name (it was....Byron knew that many flights were getting canceled and left my room under my name, on the chance my flight got canceled and I\'d need to return hours later). After getting nowhere with the original desk clerk, I asked for the manager. While Tracy attempted to help me, she also hung up on me when she said she needed to look something up. She didn\'t attempt to get me back on the phone....I had to call back and it rang for over a minute before anyone picked up. For the record....there were THREE ladies behind the counter when I made it back to the hotel and the place was empty so there was no reason for the phone to not be answered sooner. The women working the night (after 9pm) shift are the only reason I\'m giving 4 stars.....everything else about the hotel, the shuttle, the other employees and Byron get a 5plus! If I return, I\'ll be sure to avoid the night desk staff as they were unhelpful at best.
