Days Inn charged me more then your confirmed amount and even after showing your email the clerk did not adjust the bill. Your email to me confirming our reservation dated Jan 10 informed me that I will have to pay the balance of $48.84 while days Inn charged us $54.36. We expect a credit for the difference.
