Everything was excellent from the receptionist on arrival having everything ready for us, to the room being very clean, air quality excellent, bathroom very clean with everything we needed, the bed linens very clean and new in quality. We were a little hesitant about booking here due to the negative comments we read online but needed a room and hotel that had 10 day park and stay and shuttle service to BWI. They provided wake up call and followed through, had prompt pick up shuttle service to the airport and when we returned they came within 15 minutes of our call. The breakfast the morning of our departure at 4am was a full breakfast that more than met our needs, We would use them again if needed. Kuddos
