Group reservation was messed up even though I called 3 separate times to confirm- ended up in a smoking room and all separated. I was told the whole group would be on the 10th floor together...didn't happen. Dinner was a fail...great grandma didn't get her soup until after everyone else was done eating...I was suppose to get spinach with my meal and got charged $3.95 as a side. Really....
Never again.... Back to the Marriott I go......
