The stay was great until the return. Called after gathering luggage at 5:35. Called again at 6:22 was told the same wait at 4 and it will be there shortly. Called again at 6:34 and at 6:42. After waiting an hour called an Uber. When arrived back saw two vans sitting went over to one asked where they have been they said taking trips to and from airport. Impossible!! I have stayed here several times before for convenience I know what the shuttle to look for because they aren’t marked well! Never saw them come past terminal D!! The hotel was generous and refunded the Uber fee however I will not get back the 90 minutes lost!!
