The room was not as I requested for my reservation, overly perfumed and the door key required a new battery. However the manager quickly changed me to another room which was what I had expected when I booked. She was efficient, polite and the check-in too was quick. The shuttle was on time and the driver polite and knowledgeable. This place is intelligently managed by bright staff. I will be rebooking this hotel for future stays.
