From PREVIOUS stays at Four Points Philadelphia Airport , I found the facility and convenience to be very good.
My planned stay on June 28, 2023, did not occur due to the failure of Park-Sleep-Hotels to adequately book my reservation with Four Points Hotel, which was confirmed 12/12/2022. I called Four Points on 6/28/2023 to report that I would be a late arrival and was told that there was no record of my reservation. I immediately called Park-Sleep Hotels to report this discrepancy. My call was sent to VOICEMAIL, due to "higher than normal call volume" and I requested a return call ASAP. As of the writing of this review on 6/30/2023, I never received the requested phone call.
As a direct result of this debacle, I decided to cancel the trip to attend my niece\'s wedding!
Naturally, I am disgusted with Park-Sleep Hotels. I will be careful to NEVER use the service of any third-party Hotel booking service again. I will book DIRECTLY with all hotels in the future!!!!!!!!!!
