We arrived in the lobby for the 3:40 am shuttle and we’re met by the nicest front desk attendant, Joshua! He was friendly & helpful, offering the details to call the shuttle upon arrival at the airport at the end our trip. Something I had not thought about! He was just very personable and friendly, which is especially commendable at 3:30 am!
