My stay at the Best Western on O\'Donnell St. was generally pleasant, with a well-appointed hotel and a Park-n-Sleep package that offered good value. However, my experience was marred by the transportation logistics from the hotel to the ship. While I recognize the complexities of moving large groups of people, the process seemed disorganized and disjointed. The information provided initially did not align with the actual experience, leading to confusion and frustration.
