We had booked a stay and park package. The room itself was fine but the airport pick-up never happened. The hotel offers an airport shuttle 24/7. We landed at the airport just shortly after midnight, called for a pick-up and went outside to wait for the shuttle. Half an hour later the shuttle still hadn\'t arrived and we called again. At that time we were told they didn\'t know what the problem was and that the hotel staff didn\'t have a way to communicate with the shuttle driver. We ended up getting a ride with another hotel shuttle for a $10 tip. Unacceptable after a long flight.
