I would like to thank Kay for going above and beyond to make everything go well. When I called to reserve the shuttle for my return flight I was told by the person working the desk that day that the shuttle stopped running at 10:00 and I would have to call the next day to see if they would be able to pick me up. I knew that the shuttle runs until 11:00 according to the website, plus I wouldn't have booked a room with the shuttle ending that early since I knew my flight arrived after 10:00. I called the next day and Kay was working and able to set everything right.
