I rented this room through StayParkTravel site which indicated the hotel was only a mile from the airport - WRONG - more like 6 miles! I like being dropped off curbside and being picked up after my trip so I don't have to deal with airport parking. However, I don't really like waiting '40 minutes' for the shuttle to come after a day of traveling and a 3 hour drive ahead of me to get home. I called during my layover to let them know what time I would be arriving at BWI and was told there would be no problem. I called as soon as I got my luggage (9:28 PM) and was told they would be there to get me. I called again after 25 minutes of waiting and was told he was on his way and that he hit traffic. He showed up at 10:08 PM. It took 10 minutes to get back to the hotel which means they waited 30 minutes to leave the hotel to come and pick me up! Never again. By the way, there was no traffic which I noted on our drive back to get my car. As I was waiting, every other hotel shuttle stopped to pick people up. Some I even saw twice! Shuttle was old and dirty. I will pick another hotel next time!
