Pre cruise and parking was great. Post cruise stay had issues. We didn't have an ice bucket so one was delivered after the second call one hour after the first call assured me it would be sent right away.
We arrived late for our second night so I booked an additional night after our cruise. I had put the 'down not disturb' sign on the door but the maid knocked 4 times probably because we were originally supposed to check out. The sign on the door should have been a clue. Not impressed.
