Reserved 2 rooms at the end of our trip. On the website- I listed the days the car would be parked-it stated that we had 8 days free parking and we paid for 8 days. When checking in- we were given 2 vouchers for parking- the hotel stated that it was for the 2 rooms. I explained that we had only taken 1 vehicle- but she stated that we paid for parking for both rooms. When we went to get our car out- the parking attendant stated that we could not use 2 vouchers for the same car and we owed for another 8 days. I walked back to the front desk at the hotels- and she informed me that they can use 2 vouchers. So back I went to have the parking attendant speak with her manager and approve the 2 vouchers which they did thankfully! The hotel stated that I should have booked the second room separately without parking and the parking manager stated they had ran out of the 16 day vouchers. Just a speed bump before we went home!
