The property was a nice stay overall. The only problem we had is that we could not get the front desk to answer the phone when we flew back into Midway Airport for the shuttle. The call was made at approximately 10:00 pm. The staff at the 800 Doubletree (Hilton) number was also contacted and unable to get the front desk staff to answer either. Thank goodness the shuttle bus driver had exchanged cellphone numbers with me (and with return flight information) when we flew out. This is apparently an issue at times with the front desk.
