Requested handicap room & reception ignored request(4 months in advance); but eventually complied. It appeared reluctantly.
Handicapped tub was slippery and needs resurfacing.
No body wash in shower. Have stayed at this location at least 6 times in last 9 months with no problems. Very good location to airport.
