This was a wonderful facility and every staff member was friendly and respectful except the hotel receptionist, both before and after our trip. She was not helpful in the least, would not answer my questions and was extremely short and rude with everything she did say to me. I believe her name was Kaylee and she wore an Indian or Muslim head-dress. I am white and very respectful to all races. This girl definitely had an entitlement problem.
