Front desk clerk at check in was horrendous. All I got was "Name, credit card, and room keys". That was all the words she spoke. To be fair, the lady at checkout was very pleasant. And a HUGE kudos to the maintenance department and the engineers. Every one we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. Thanks guys, keep up the good work.
