Loved the fact that there was a long term parking option, a shuttle available to take us to and from the cruise port and the Staten Island ferry. Shuttle driver Frank was great! Slight disconnect on the procedure for pick up after the cruise, we were told we had to make reservations ahead of time, but the front desk told us to just call an hour before we needed the shuttle.
Would have been nice not to have to "re-check" in due to the 2 rates needed for a regular stay and a long-term parking stay. Malika at the front desk was very helpful.
Breakfast area could have been laid out better, individual packets of condiments could have helped this.
