Parking service at this hotel is excellent ? shuttles run three times an hour and are on time.
Room is large and clean.
Front desk services are not very good ? when we checked into our room at 10 PM we found the ventilation was not working properly, called the front desk, and were assured that someone would come up to check it soon. After 40 minutes, we got tired of waiting because we wanted to go to sleep, and canceled the call. Additional pillows were not available at night (!).
Wish the front desk service was as efficient as the shuttle service.
