Needed a hotel close to the airport and this Quality Inn filled that need plus had 24-hour airport shuttle service. I made a reservation on my own and then discovered ParkSleepHotel.com. The representative was more than helpful. She suggested not cancelling my direct reservation until I received confirmation from PSH. After receiving confirmation, I waited a few more days and then called the hotel to cancel the directly made, more expensive reservation. That is when the problems started. The hotel ended up cancelling both reservations. Luckily they put one back in after I spoke to someone in charge (not the actual manager). I called back several days later to make sure i had a reservation and they showed I now had two reservations. Had no problem cancelling one of them thankfully. PSH was very helpful through this. I made sure I had PSH phone number upon arrival, but no need to call. Check in went smoothly.
